Kelly Desborough FRSA is currently the most experienced civilian Super Recogniser globally. She has been awarded an Honorary Fellowship with the Association of Super Recognisers. Kelly has undergone extensive testing via Greenwich University and formed part of a research program at the University of Birmingham. According to Professor Josh Davis, the academic leading research into Super Recognition, Kelly’s testing scores are the highest recorded out of some seven million people who have taken the online testing.

Kelly’s experience is wide-ranging. She has discovered new evidence in murder investigations for law enforcement. She has identified and carried out surveillance on fixated individuals/stalkers posing a threat to high-profile individuals. Kelly has been deployed on covert operations at large-scale venues such as the Wimbledon Tennis Championship, The Royal Windsor Horse Show, The O2 Arena, NEC & Arena Birmingham, Premiership football grounds, and private businesses. Kelly has led law enforcement to locate missing and exploited individuals in various countries while finding evidence that has resulted in the arrest of perpetrators in this field. She carries out facial comparisons and identifications for private companies, authors and scholars, and missing persons charities. Kelly can pull teams of Super Recognisers together and works as a Team Leader. Kelly has collaborated with CNN on international criminal case reporting. She is fully surveillance trained and qualified.
